Working with us, you’ll receive guidance and support from our experienced BCBA Behavior Analysts as you learn to implement ABA therapy. You’ll support learners in their homes or community settings, such as daycares, preschools, and schools. No office work—just meaningful impact on learners and their families.

Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach children skills like communication, requesting needs, following directions, daily living skills, and social interaction. We teach you how to harness science through play!
We provide comprehensive training to help you understand Autism and ABA therapy, including preparation for your RBT certification with BACB. We aim to develop exceptional technicians for these children.
Free training and support for RBT certification, paid trainings, team-building events, and paid fieldwork experience for interns pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials.
