Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Now hiring a part-time team member. Must be available to work M-F 3pm-6pm.

Potential to progress to full-time; starting as part-time. Must be willing to work in patients’ homes and community sessions and respond confidently to challenging behaviors, including aggression, with support and guidance.

This role is ideal for those with experience as paraprofessionals, support professionals, daycare providers, teachers, tutors, coaches, etc., especially for after-school hours with learners. College students seeking experience in education, social services, or psychology are encouraged to apply. This position offers valuable experience to support your future career.

Working with us, you’ll receive guidance and support from our experienced BCBA Behavior Analysts as you learn to implement ABA therapy. You’ll support learners in their homes or community settings, such as daycares, preschools, and schools. No office work—just meaningful impact on learners and their families.

Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach children skills like communication, requesting needs, following directions, daily living skills, and social interaction. We teach you how to harness science through play!

We provide comprehensive training to help you understand Autism and ABA therapy, including preparation for your RBT certification with BACB. We aim to develop exceptional technicians for these children.

Free training and support for RBT certification, paid trainings, team-building events, and paid fieldwork experience for interns pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • High School Diploma/GED minimum
  • Pass a background check
  • A willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned learners

The ABA Therapist / RBT / Behavior Therapist works in homes with children, adolescents, and those with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing protocols, data collection, and collaborating with the client’s team.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Experience with children
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to quality ABA programming
  • Enthusiasm for working with children with autism

  • Accuracy, customer service, organization, learning orientation, flexibility, ethical conduct, problem-solving, collaboration, communication

Other details:

  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Work in client homes within an assigned territory
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, and perform mobility tasks
  • Part-time hours, varied schedule, in person
  • Legal work authorization in the US required
