Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborating with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Providing a supportive and nurturing environment for clients.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
