Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to support ABA services under BCBA supervision in New Jersey. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and report progress to the BCBA and families.

The role emphasizes building strong rapport with clients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ongoing professional development. Part-time/per diem schedule offered to enable flexible hours and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, preferably in ABA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, collect data, and report progress.
• Develop rapport with clients and families, supporting therapy goals.
• Collaborate with the team to implement effective treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
