Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Roles include working with clients in center-based and home-based settings, teaching communication and social skills, and recording progress data.

Training is provided; no direct ABA experience required. Opportunities for professional growth and advancement are emphasized within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow company policies and mandated reporting standards.
