Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring for a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Florida. This role starts with fully paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and a clear career ladder with pay increases at each RBT level.

You will provide ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based or home settings, with mentorship and on-site BCBA support. Competitive hourly pay, potential $200 bonus if RBT certified at hire, and daily pay are offered alongside health benefits,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
