Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy as Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Training is provided, with the opportunity for growth within a supportive team.

Includes full-time hours, competitive hourly pay ($19.00–$22.00/hour billable hours), and a company-paid RBT certification. On-site BCBA guidance, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits await you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete BT training and support.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical aspects of care and floor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
• One-on-one or small group sessions with clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
