Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to deliver ABA therapy for children with autism in center- or home-based settings in Texas. Training is provided, including mentorship and a clear career ladder to grow clinically and professionally.

Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour for billable RBT hours, with additional pay for BT training hours and a $200 bonus if you bring an active RBT certification at hire; full-time employees have benefits, 401(k), PTO and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
