Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, reliable attendance, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
