Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will participate in a comprehensive 4‑week in‑person orientation with full coverage of exam fees and earn a competitive hourly rate.

Part‑time roles offer flexible schedules and opportunities for Saturday hours, with pathways for growth toward BCBA roles and cross-disciplinary collaboration with therapists and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• High School or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandatory reporting.
• Support continuation of care and therapy plans.

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within a 30–40‑minute drive radius).
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
