Job summary

Cortica, a Neurodevelopmental care provider, seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians in Massachusetts to support children with neurodevelopmental differences using naturalistic, play-based ABA.

We offer pay from $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, flexible part‑time schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, and 401(k) matching. Training includes BCAT exam prep and full coverage of fees.

• Experience with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.

• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Who We’re Looking For?

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within a 30-40-minute drive radius).
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
