Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) in Charlestown, MA. The roles require Monday–Friday afternoon/evening availability with rotating weekend shifts, and offer paid training along with a clear pathway for certification. Final pay is determined by experience and education.

Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth within ABA therapy services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.
• Prior exposure to ABA services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
