Job summary

CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS is seeking behavior technicians in Fairfield, California, to implement individualized skill-building programs for children with developmental delays. You will work directly with clients, collecting data, and providing support in their daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and be available Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 6:30 PM. Starting compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, with opportunities for paid RBT certification training and benefits for part-time work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification can be obtained through company-sponsored training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect behavioral data every session to track progress.
• Work with clients through structured activities and play.
• Communicate with your clinical team and the families you serve.
