Job summary

CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS in Brentwood, CA is seeking behavior technicians responsible for implementing and tracking clients' programs. You will work directly with clients, collecting data and engaging in structured activities.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, valid CA driver's license, and experience working with children having developmental disabilities. Training for RBT certification will be provided. Hours are Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (training will be provided).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must complete CA LiveScan and background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs.
• Collect behavioral data every session.
• Communicate with clinical team and families.

Skills

Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities

Ability to engage physically with children

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
