Job summary

CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized skill-building programs designed by a BCBA and to collect data each session to track client progress. You will work with clients through structured activities and play, maintain clear communication with the clinical team and families, and keep the therapy space clean and organized.

No evenings or weekends; sessions end by 6:30 PM, with compensation $23–$30 per hour and paid RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; we provide training if needed.
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities is valued.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect behavioral data each session to track progress.
• Work with clients through structured activities and play.
• Communicate with clinical team and families you serve.
• Keep therapy space clean and organized.
