Galliant is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will implement individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living and communication skills, while partnering with families and clinical staff.

You don't need prior ABA experience. The role offers daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday, with BCBA-backed mentorship and a full benefits package including

What to Expect:

As a Behavior Technician working one‑on‑one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.

• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

• All Backgrounds Welcomed: Great for candidates transitioning out of school district roles (LPS paraprofessionals/aides), daycare centers, state care services, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality looking for stable daytime clinical hours (prior experience in these fields is welcomed, but not required!).

• The Mindset: You are reliable, compassionate, high‑energy, and thrive in active environments where you can see the positive impact of your work every day.

• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.

• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
