Job summary

Galliant is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will engage in evidence-based procedures, collect data, and document progress daily in a structured clinic setting.

You will receive paid RBT training, work a consistent 8:00 AM–4:15 PM schedule, and benefit from mentoring by BCBA-D leadership. A competitive compensation package includes benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Physical stamina to stay active and assist children as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support acceptance of neurodiversity, provide assent-based care, and prioritize clients’ wants and needs.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
