Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes and community settings, implementing BCBA-guided plans and recording progress.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($23–$27), paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules. Travel between client locations may be required, with benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field.
• OR at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, paraprofessional, child development professional, camp counselor, or similar child-focused role.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
