Centria Autism in Beaverton, OR is seeking enthusiastic individuals for Behavior Technician roles. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. You should be patient, compassionate, able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and committed to making a positive difference in a child's life.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification andTuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
