Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and help collect data to track progress.

Candidates with RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and the ability to travel to client locations will thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA.

Job Summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications
