Job summary

WonderWay ABA in Princeton, NJ is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support BCBA/LBA in delivering individualized ABA therapy to clients with ASD in homes, schools, and centers.

You will help implement treatment plans, record data, and train families, while communicating closely with supervisors to ensure progress and satisfaction. Some roles may require travel to client locations in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests; complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
