Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician. You will assist BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with ASD.

You will work across home, school, and treatment center settings, provide one-on-one ABA therapy, and help families implement plans while recording progress and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
