Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will assist BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans for clients with autism across homes, schools, and treatment centers.

Key duties include one-on-one ABA therapy, data recording, and training families. A strong emphasis on communication, confidentiality, and multi-tasking is required; experience with ASD is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within first 90 days
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
