WonderWay ABA Services in Manhattan, NY is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support BCBA/LBA in delivering individualized treatment plans for children with ASD. The role includes home, school, and clinic settings with one-on-one ABA therapy and data-driven progress monitoring.

You will assist in training families, maintain clear communications with families and supervisors, and respond promptly to client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within first 90 days.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsabilités

Job Summary:

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings

• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan

• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans

• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction

• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests

• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:
