FirstSteps for Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician (Instructors) to help children diagnosed with autism develop communication, social, self-care, and school readiness skills.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, FirstSteps BCBAs, and other behavioral health professionals, and you can become a Registered Behavior Technician through our paid training program.
This role emphasizes hands-on learning, compassionate support, and continuous growth within a supportive team environment.

Our new team members earn a starting clinical wage of $23+ per hour depending on experience. Our Instructors are also eligible to earn multiple wage increases throughout the year.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance.
