FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians (Instructors) to support children with autism and related learning differences.
You will work with teachers, parents, and clinical staff to reinforce early communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while benefiting from paid training to achieve RBT certification. Our new team members receive a clinical wage starting at $23+ hour depending on experience and are eligible for multiple wage increases throughout the year.
