I Am Boundless, Inc. in Grove City, Ohio, is hiring a Behavior Technician for our residential therapeutic setting.

You will engage with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans under supervision. Role requires crisis intervention as needed, strong communication in English, and the ability to work with team members to support meaningful progress and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans.
