Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences. You will work one-on-one in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field OR at least one year of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
