Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement intervention plans, collect session data, and participate in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
