Job summary

Centria Autism in Salem, Oregon seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Compassion, patience, and teamwork are essential. Training is provided; candidates should be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check as part of joining our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Empathy for children with autism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with families.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
