Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under BCBA guidance. You will apply evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training, a patient-friendly team environment, and a pay range of $18–$25 per hour. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with BCBA guidance.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift and assist children up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support BCBA-led interventions and track progress.
• Create a positive, structured environment for children and families.
