Centria Autism in Texas is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, following individualized plans under a BCBA’s guidance. You’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods while maintaining patience and teamwork.

The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and occasional bending, with training provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ years of age as a minimum.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized intervention plans.
• Follow BCBA guidance and implement evidence-based techniques.
