Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental differences. You will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You will provide behavioral support, implement treatment plans, and help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills while recording progress and creating engaging learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.
• Or at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or similar child-focused role.
• Experience in home or community settings is a plus.
