Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support clients with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), delivering targeted behavioral support and tracking progress.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related fields is preferred, with prior experience in similar roles being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a related role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
