Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement tailored behavior plans, teaching communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Training is provided; certification (RBT) is encouraged after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• CPR/First Aid certification and background check are required.
• RBT certification must be obtained after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
