Job summary

ABA Centers of America is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy focused on autism care. The role supports direct client services across homes, schools, and clinics, with a structured training pathway and opportunities for advancement.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, participate in team meetings, and engage in paid training to prepare for RBT certification, with pathways to Level 2/3 and BCBA mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
