Job summary

CENTRIA AUTISM is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child reach their full potential. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work in a team and be patient and compassionate.
• 18+ years of age; HS diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and TB test.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in training provided.
