Job summary

Autism Care Partners in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, applying BACB-aligned ABA plans to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; prior childcare experience not required, but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have basic computer literacy.
• Commitment to attending required trainings and following BACB ethics.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children at our center implementing ABA plans.
• Maintain attendance and session documentation.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
• Ensure a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Comply with the BACB code of ethics.
• Support client goals in skill development and behavior reduction.
