Job summary

Autism Care Partners is hiring for part-time and full-time Behavior Technicians in Danvers, MA. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing BCBA-designed plans to build communication, social, and adaptive skills, while maintaining documentation and a safe therapy environment.

The role emphasizes ABA techniques, data collection, and ongoing training; prior childcare experience is welcome but we will train passionate individuals. Compensation reflects BT and RBT pay scales.

Qualifications

• No prior criminal history.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
• Use ABA concepts to teach language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Comply with BACB ethics and attend required trainings.
