Job summary

Autism Care Partners in Fall River, MA is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians who will work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA-based plans, and supporting skill development in language, social interaction, and daily living tasks.

You will maintain data records, attend trainings, comply with ethics, and have opportunities for advancement through BT levels, with guaranteed hours and full benefit options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Utilize ABA principles such as reinforcement and prompting to teach development areas and address behavior reduction goals.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior; complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment; attend required trainings.
