Job summary

Key Autism Services in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under supervision with BCBA mentors and participate in ongoing training and fellowship programs to advance toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
