Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Charlestown, MA. The role requires delivering ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, teaching essential communication and daily living skills, and maintaining meticulous session data.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and training. Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are offered to help you

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED.
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
Preferred: Experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
Prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
