Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring for Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) roles in Charlestown, MA. Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. The position requires Monday–Friday availability from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with possible Saturdays.

Paid training and a clear path for advancement are provided. We offer ongoing mentorship through the ABA Academy of Excellence to help prepare for the RBT exam

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; potential Saturdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education
• We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement
• High school diploma or GED is required in the candidate qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
