Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred or ParaPathways exam completed.
• Knows district policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of group and individual behavior management systems.
• PMT trained with crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
• Knows how to document interventions using state/district forms.
