Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support in Culver City, CA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Potential for full-time hours
