Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences in Chandler, AZ. The role offers part-time options with a predictable schedule and a direct pay rate.

Training is provided, including a BCAT exam review and full fee coverage. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team and help implement evidence-based behavior plans in collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with the BCBA collaboration.
• Use evidence-based practices to support progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and reporting procedures.
