Job summary

Cortica seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a clear direct pay rate and a comprehensive training program, with opportunities for advancement to BCBA roles and other paths within Cortica.

Role includes 1:1 and small-group behavior services, data-driven progress, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. A driver’s license and tech proficiency are required; BCAT credential is supported and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30–40 min drive radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to support family progress.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.
