Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally to patients, families, and colleagues.
