Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and the community.

Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises and a quarterly bonus, paid RBT training, travel reimbursement, and benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients and travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
