Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment teams. You will work one-on-one with children to implement ABA plans under the guidance of BCBAs, providing data collection and progress reporting in a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays is a plus, training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assignments and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort and movement during sessions.
