Positions include IIS and Tutor roles, require a high school diploma, and offer opportunities for RBT credentialing within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, and team.
• Flexible shift availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• RBT credential not required for all caseloads; may be needed within 3 months.
• Experience with autism and behavior analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed in treatment plan.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skill generalization.
• Submit weekly reports on schedule and therapy tasks.
